Cancellation & Refunds: Online Course and Training

We create our courses with the goal of helping our students learn and receive the intended outcome of the training. Most of the people taking our courses and thrilled with the results and many come back for more.

We do understand however that some of our courses might not be 100% relevant to you in your current need.

We are so confindent that our clients will be happy with the courses, that we offer a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the course within 30 calendar days of the day of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of the price paid.

The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the original payment unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

The cancellation period will expire 30 days after the purchase date.

We will process refunds within 30 days of approval and validation of refund.

Duplicate payment

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the customer will be processed via same source (original method of payment) within 7 to 21 working days after notification by the customer.
